NEW FOR 2020:
STATE OF THE COMMUNITY SUMMIT

NaplesNEXT, Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, and Collier County co-curated a State of the Community Summit as part of the second annual NaplesNEXT.

The 20^th anniversary of the Naples Children & Education Foundation heralds a bright new future for at-risk and underprivileged children in Collier County. During their first two decades, 275,000 children benefited from NCEF-funded services, generating dramatic improvements in Collier County schools and the community as a whole.

In a county with no independent, tax-based, public financial support for children’s social services, NCEF and the over 40 nonprofits that it supports have leveled the playing field for the most vulnerable youth.

While assembling this thorough safety net for the community, NCEF fundamentally changed the landscape of human services in Collier County and developed a blueprint for how to transform a community one issue at a time. We were honored to celebrate their impact on children’s services by discussing What’s NEXT for the at-risk and underprivileged children in Collier County and beyond.
