NEW FOR 2020:
STATE OF THE COMMUNITY SUMMIT
NaplesNEXT and the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, will co-curate a State of the Community Summit as part of the second annual NaplesNEXT. The State of the Community Summit will take place the morning of Tuesday, March 3.
A portion of each registration fee is tax deductible and will support our designated nonprofit beneficiaries, including NCEF, through a FoundationNEXT Fund established through the Community Foundation of Collier County.
The 20th anniversary of the Naples Children & Education Foundation heralds a bright new future for at-risk and underprivileged children in Collier County. During their first two decades, 275,000 children benefited from NCEF-funded services, generating dramatic improvements in Collier County schools and the community as a whole.
In a county with no independent, tax-based, public financial support for children’s social services, NCEF and the over 40 nonprofits that it supports have leveled the playing field for the most vulnerable youth.
While assembling this thorough safety net for the community, NCEF fundamentally changed the landscape of human services in Collier County and developed a blueprint for how to transform a community one issue at a time. We look forward to celebrating their impact on children’s services and discussing What’s NEXT for the at-risk and underprivileged children in Collier County and beyond.
